महाराष्ट्रात शिंदे सरकारने नुकतीच “मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप” योजना जाहीर केली आहे. सदर योजना श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी 2015 मध्ये पुढे आणली होती, 2020 मध्ये ती योजना अंमलात आणली गेली आणि आता 2023 मध्ये शिंदे सरकारने पुन्हा एकदा ती पुढे आणली आहे. या योजनेद्वारे तरुणांना राज्याच्या विकासासाठी नवनवीन संकल्पना पुढे आणून सरकारी कामाचा एक भाग होता येणार आहे.

महाराष्ट्र मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप योजना 2023 पात्रता:

1. अर्जदाराचे वय 21 ते 26 दरम्यान असावे.

2. अर्जदार कुठल्याही क्षेत्रात पदवीधर असावा, पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण असल्यास प्राधान्य.

3. अर्जदाराचे आपल्या शैक्षणिक पात्रतेनुसार कुठल्याही ठिकाणी एक वर्षाचा अनुभव असावा. स्वतःचा व्यवसाय असेल तर तोही अनुभव ग्राह्य धरला जाईल.

4. अर्जदाराला मराठी भाषेचे उत्तम ज्ञान असावे, हिंदी व इंग्रजी भाषेचे संवादिक ज्ञान असावे, कॉम्प्युटर व इंटरनेट बद्दल माहिती असावी.

1. फेलोशिपची मुदत फेलो म्हणून सामील झाल्यापासून 12 महिन्यांची असेल. सर्व फेलो एकाच दिवशी सामील होतील. निर्देशानुसार सर्व फेलोनी वेळेवर व ठिकाणी उपस्थित राहणे बंधनकारक असेल

2. निवडलेल्या फेलोची नियुक्ती विशिष्ट प्राधिकरणाच्या कार्यालयात (नियुक्त) केली जाईल. या प्राधिकरणांमध्ये जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्ह्यांचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, आयुक्त, सरकारमधील सचिव, महामंडळांचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक किंवा इतर वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकारी यांची कार्यालये समाविष्ट आहेत.

3. विशिष्ट प्राधिकरणावरील नियुक्तीचा निर्णय अर्थशास्त्र आणि सांख्यिकी संचालनालयाकडून घेतला जाईल. अधिकार्‍यांच्या निवडीमध्ये फेलोना कोणताही अधिकार किंवा निवड नसेल.

4. फेलो संबंधित प्राधिकरणाच्या मुख्य अधिकाऱ्याच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली काम करतील. प्राधिकरणाच्या प्रभावी कामकाजासाठी ते काम करतील. याला फील्ड वर्क म्हटले जाईल.

5. फील्ड वर्क सोबत, फेलो IIT, मुंबई किंवा IIM, नागपूर यांनी तयार केलेला विशेष अभ्यासक्रम पूर्ण करण्यास बांधील असतील. अर्थशास्त्र आणि सांख्यिकी संचालनालयाला प्रत्येक फेलोसाठी यापैकी एक संस्था निवडण्याचे अधिकार असतील. फेलोना शैक्षणिक संस्था निवडण्याचा कोणताही अधिकार राहणार नाही.

6. ज्यांनी फील्ड वर्क आणि शैक्षणिक अभ्यासक्रम यशस्वीरीत्या पूर्ण केला आहे तेच फेलोशिप पूर्णत्वाचे प्रमाणपत्र मिळविण्यास पात्र असतील.

मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप, 2023 साठी अर्ज प्रक्रिया 7 फेब्रुवारी 2023 पासून सुरू होते. अर्ज सादर करण्याची अंतिम तारीख 2 मार्च 2023 आहे.

निवड प्रक्रियेत 2 टप्पे असतात. पहिल्या टप्प्यावर सर्व अर्जदारांना दुसऱ्या टप्प्यासाठी पात्र होण्यासाठी ऑनलाइन वस्तुनिष्ठ चाचणी देणे आवश्यक आहे.

ऑनलाइन परीक्षेत सर्वाधिक गुण मिळवणारे 210 अर्जदार दुसऱ्या टप्प्यासाठी पात्र ठरतात. या उमेदवारांनी दिलेल्या विषयांवर 3 निबंध सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. अंतिम निवडीसाठी निबंध सादर करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांच्या वैयक्तिक मुलाखती घेतल्या जातात. गुणवत्तेच्या आधारावर 60 उमेदवारांची निवड केली जाते.
