“डोंबलं तिचं… तिला घरचंच जमत नाही, तुझ्याकडे कसलं करतेय..”

“महाराणी चालल्या बाहेर, नेहमीचंच आहे…बाहेर जायला निमित्त लागतं फक्त , मग मी आहेच घर सांभाळायला..”

“अरे देवा…अवघड आहे, माझंही काही खरं नाही. सासूबाईंनी ऑर्डर दिलीये, आज संध्याकाळी पुरणपोळ्या हव्या म्हणून..आता मी ऑफिसला आलेय…घरी गेल्यावर कसं करणार सांग, त्यात मला किती छान जमतात तुला तर माहितीच आहे..”

“बघ आता, कुठे विकत मिळतील का..”

“बरं बघते..”

मीरा ने फोन ठेवला,

चरफडतच पोळ्या लाटू लागली,

कणकेचा गोळा संपता संपत नव्हता,

समोरच्या तापलेल्या तव्याप्रमाणे हिचं डोकंही गरम होत होतं…

ती लग्न करून आली तसं थोरल्या जाउबाई आणि सासूबाईनी घरातलं लक्षच काढून घेतलं..

सासूबाई काही करत नसत,

जाउबाई थोडयाफार मदत करायच्या, जास्त वेळ बाहेरच असायच्या…

तिला राग येई,

घरात एवढी सगळी माणसं..

नवीन नवीन उत्साहाने सगळं केलं,
