“चला चला, झाला का नाच? आता पूजा सुरू होईल आत..”

“वेशिजवळ आबाला पाठवलं आहे..तो जवाईबापू आणि आचारीला घेऊनच येणारे..वर वधूचे हार सकाळीच फुलबाजारातून आणून कोपऱ्यावरच्या वाण्याच्या दुकानात ठेवलेत, माई तुझ्या घराकडून बापू येतोय, त्याला लगेच सांगतो तुझी साडी पिशवीत टाकून आन म्हणून, गाण्याला बाजारात पाठवतोय काही टोप्या आणायला, माऊ तू जा सोबत अन तुला छान बांगड्या घेऊन ये..आणि हे काय, माईला चहा दिला नाही का?”
बसलेल्या 8 बायका आणि समोर ठेवलेले 8 कप नानांनी एवढ्या गडबडीत हेरले..
नाना आले आणि सर्वांच्या अडचणी क्षणात सोडवल्या. इकडचं सगळं सावरून नाना लगबगीने बाहेर गेले, त्यांचा कामाचा सपाटा सुरभी ब्रश करता करता लांबूनच बघत होती.
“चल सुरभी आवर लवकर…”

आता आईला तरी कसं सांगणार काय झालं ते. समोर स्टेजवर मंगलाष्टके अंतिम टप्प्यावर आलेली, आता गळ्यात माळा टाकणार तोच इथेही माईक बंद पडला..सर्वजण चुळबूळ करू लागले, जरा अजून वेळ लागला असता तर बायका अपशकुन वगैरे बोलून मोकळ्या झाल्या असत्या.. या बिकट प्रसंगी एकच हाक मारण्यात आली..
“नाना…नाना कुठाय..”
कितीही बिकट प्रसंग असो, नानांकडे त्याचं सोल्युशन असणार म्हणजे असणार..माईक दुरुस्त होणार नाही समजताच नानांनी आपल्या फोनला स्पीकरची वायर लावली..गुरुजींच्या मोबाईलवर फोन केला आणि म्हणाले..

गुरुजींनी मोबाईलवर अष्टक पूर्ण केलं, मोबाईल वर येत असलेला आवाज स्पीकरमध्ये वाजू लागला अन लग्न पार पडलं. नानांच्या या कृतीचं भारी कौतुक झालं, पण नाना हुरळून गेले नाहीत, कारण हा एकच प्रसंग नव्हता. असे कितीतरी प्रसंग नानांनी लीलया हाताळले होते.
गावातल्या एकेका व्यक्तीचं सुरभीला कमालीचं कौतुक वाटत होतं.
