बराच वेळ संभाषण झालं आणि दोघेही घरी जायला निघाले. वाटेतला निसर्ग डोळ्यात मनापासून साठवला. आजूबाजूला असलेल्या माणसांचं निरीक्षण केलं. फुलं विकणाऱ्या बायकांची मुलं अर्ध्या कपड्यात खेळत होती पण आनंदी होती, झोपड्यात वृद्ध माणसं निपचित झोपू होती पण आपला मुलगा सोबत आहे या आधाराने समाधानी होती. नदीच्या काठावर नाना प्रकारची झाडे वेली होती, फुले होती..प्रत्येक फुल आणि रोप ती बारकाईने न्याहाळू लागली, काही फुलं तर तिने प्रथमच पाहिलेली..मंदिराच्या कोरीव कामाचे बारकाईने निरीक्षण केले, त्या नक्षीतील एकसंधता, कोरीवता अचाट होती. मंदिराच्या भिंतींना स्पर्श करत होती..विचार करत होती, “किती जुनं मंदिर आहे, याला कितीतरी संत महात्म्यांचा स्पर्श झाला असावा, कितीतरी पिढ्या इथे आल्या आणि गेल्या..पण मंदिर तसंच आहे, अगदी तटस्थ.. येणाऱ्या जाणाऱ्या पिढ्यांना बघणारं, त्यांच्यातला बदल अनुभवणारं…

त्यांनी आज मनापासून निसर्ग अनुभवला, माणसं अनुभवली ,मूर्ती अनुभवली, जीवनं अनुभवली. ते एक अकस्मिक समाधान होतं. इतके फिरूनही मोबाईलची गरज भासली नाही.
