मागील ब्लॉग ला दिलेल्या भरभरून प्रतिसादा बद्दल आभारी आहे. व्यवसायात उतरण्या आधी सर्वात पहिली पायरी म्हणजे “स्वतःला ओळखणे”

आपला स्वतःशी परिचय किती आहे? आपण स्वतःला कुठल्या साच्यात ठेऊ बघतो? आपण सकारात्मकतेने भरलेलो आहोत की नकारात्मकतेने? या सर्व गोष्टी आपला पुढील मार्ग ठरवत असतात.

सर्वप्रथम स्वतःला एक प्रयत्नशील व्यक्ती म्हणून ओळखा. आपण स्वतःबद्दल असं कायम म्हटलं पाहिजे की “मी एक तेजस्वी, कामसू आणि ध्येयवेडी स्री आहे, आयुष्यात अनेक लहान मोठे यश मिळवले आहे आणि आता खऱ्या अर्थाने उंच गवसणी घालायला मी तयार आहे”

आपण आयुष्यात जे काही यश मिळवलं असेल त्याची उजळणी करा, आपलं कुणी कौतुक केलं असेल ते सतत आठवा. या सर्वांची रोज उजळणी केली तर स्वतःमध्ये एक सकारात्मक व्यक्तिमत्त्व तुम्ही घडवू शकाल. स्वतःमध्ये एक ऊर्जा निर्माण करू शकाल.

थोडक्यात स्वतःला “लायक” समजा. “मला जमणार नाही”, “मला येत नाही” या गोष्टी मनातही आणू नका. कठीण परिस्थितीतून वर आलेल्यांची चरित्र वाचा..तेव्हा तुम्हाला समजेल की आपली परिस्थिती यापेक्षा कितीतरी पट चांगली आहे.

दुसरी गोष्ट, परिस्थिती ची कारणं देणं सोडा..जगात अनेक व्यक्ती हलाखीच्या परिस्थिती तून वर येत यशस्वी झाले आहेत. आई वडील ऐकणार नाहीत, जवळ पैसे नाहीत, नवरा साथ देणार नाही, वेळ मिळत नाही या सगळ्या पळवाटा आहेत. जिद्द असेल तर प्रत्येक परिस्थिती वर मात करता येते.

कुठलाही व्यवसाय सुरू करण्याआधी मानसिक आणि शारीरिक पूर्वतयारी आवश्यक आहे. या तयारीचे टप्पे.

1. वेळेचे नियोजन
स्त्री म्हटलं की आयुष्याच्या विविध टप्प्यावर बदल होत असतात. पूर्ण दिवसाचा वेळही अपूर्ण पडतो, मग अश्या वेळी व्यवसाया साठी वेळ कसा देणार? पण हे शक्य आहे वेळेच्या योग्य नियोजनातून…आपल्याला आयुष्यातून वेळखाऊ गोष्टी हद्दपार कराव्या लागतील. उदा.Tv, मोबाईल, मैत्रिणींशी गप्पा, फोनवर चर्चा इत्यादि.
जोवर आपलं ध्येय साध्य होत नाही तोवर या गोष्टींना आयुष्यातून दूर ठेवा.

आर्थिक नियोजन:
काही उद्योग विना भांडवल तर काहींना भांडवलाची गरज भासते.त्यासाठी आपण सुरवतीसपासूनच बचत करून एक आर्थिक तजवीज केली पाहिजे. विना भांडवल उद्योगांसाठी जास्त पैशांची गरज नसली तरी इतर गोष्टींसाठी पैशाची गरज पडते.

संभाव्य अडचणींची पूर्वकल्पना:
व्यवसाय म्हटलं की चढउतार येणारच, आपल्या उत्पादनाला जर मागणी मिळाली नाही किंवा मागणी संथ गतीने असेल तर काय करता येईल? अन्न उत्पादनाच्या बाबतीतले अन्न साठवणीचे नियम आपल्याला माहीत आहे का? आपल्या व्यवसायाला कायद्याने परवानगी आवश्यक आहे का? आपण जर हाताखाली माणसं ठेवली असता त्यांना वर्षभर पगार देता येईल इतकी आपल्याकडे बचत आहे का? अश्या सर्व गोष्टींचा सारासार विचार केला गेला पाहिजे. प्लॅन B नेहमी तयार असू द्यावा. ठरल्याप्रमाणे नफा झाला माही तर कमीत कमी नुकसान होईल असा प्लॅन तयार असावा.

रिसर्च:
आपण जो कुठला उद्योग सुरू करणार असू त्याची खोलवर रिसर्च व्हायला हवी. साधा वळवणाचा उद्योग जरी सुरू करायचा असेल तरी त्यासाठी इंटरनेट वर, युट्युब वर खोलवर रिसर्च केली गेली पाहिजे. ज्यातून आपल्याला त्या व्यवसायमधील बारकावे, नवनवीन कल्पना आणि संभाव्य धोका याची माहिती मिळते. अपूर्ण माहिती किंवा अर्धवट ज्ञान असताना व्यवसाय सुरू करण्याची घाई कधीही करू नका.

तथाकथित व्यवसायातील तज्ञ व्यक्तींना भेटा, त्यांचा सल्ला घ्या, त्यांच्याशी संपर्कात रहा.या व्यक्तींचा अनुभव आपल्याला योग्य तो दिशा नक्कीच देईल.

संयम:

सातत्य:
सातत्य हा कुठल्याही व्यवसायाचा पाया आहे, जितके सातत्य असेल तितका तुमचा व्यवसाय अधिकाधिक वाढत जाईल. आपण खाद्य व्यवसायातील आज जे प्रसिद्ध ब्रँड बघतो त्यांचा अभ्यास केला तर असं लक्षात येईल तो व्यवसाय पूर्वापार चालत आलेला आहे आणि त्यात सातत्य ठेवण्याचा परिपाक म्हणून त्यांना यश प्राप्त झालेलं आहे.

नवीन शिकण्याची तयारी:
