असं म्हणत तो लहान मुलासारखं रडू लागला,

तिने त्याला शांत केलं आणि म्हणाली,

“हे बघा, माझा तुमच्यावर पूर्ण विश्वास आहे..मी तुम्हाला दोषी ठरवलं असतं असं मनात तरी कसं आलं तुमच्या? तुमची यात काहीच चूक नाही मग घाबरायचं कशाला? मला आज थोडावेळ जरी उशीर झाला असता तर..”

असं म्हणत तीच डोकं धरून रडायला लागली,

दोघेही भावनाविवश झाले होते,

तिने डोळे पुसले, आणि म्हणाली..

जगाचं जाऊद्या, माझा तुमच्यावर विश्वास आहे..जगात चर्चा झालीच तर सगळं सोडून आपण दूर निघून जाऊ..पण मला नाही वाटत तसं काही होईल..आपण पोलिसात जाऊया..
