नवऱ्याला मिळालेला नेकलेस सुद्धा नणंदेला गेला होता..

नवरा घरी आला..

तिचं अवसान आज वेगळं दिसत होतं..तो सावध झाला..

त्याला समजलं, आपलं पितळ उघडं पडलं..

पण त्यात त्याला काहीही चुकीचं वाटत नव्हतं..

“तुला काय करायचं आहे? माझा पगार, मी ठरवीन काय करायचं ते”

“ठरवा ना, तुम्हीच ठरवा…हे सगळं मला विश्वासात घेऊन सांगितलं असतं तर मी खुशीने स्वतःहून तुमच्या बहिणीला हार घातला असता…प्रश्न पैशाचा किंवा सोन्याचा नाहीये…प्रश्न विश्वासात घेण्याचा आहे, बायको म्हणून सत्य सांगण्याचा आहे..”

त्याने ऐकून घेतलं,

ती खरंच घर सोडून गेलेली, मुलाला घेऊन…

घर सुन्न पडलं होतं…
