पायलट आकांताने ओरडला आणि कंट्रोल रूम मध्ये त्याचा सिग्नल अचानक तुटला..भारत सरकारला माहिती देण्यात आली..सर्वांना 1999 च्या प्लेन हायजॅक आठवण झाली, 155 प्रवाशांना ओलीस धरण्यात आलं होतं. विमानात 5 अतिरेक्यांनी सर्वांवर बंदुका रोखून धरल्या होत्या…प्रवाशी घाबरून गेले, काहींना bp चा त्रास, त्यांना अस्वस्थ वाटू लागलं, काहीजण रडायला लागले, काही क्षणापूर्वी नॉर्मल वातावरण असताना आता अचानक मृत्यू समोर दिसू लागला….

“आपलं काम ते नाही, मला फक्त सणसणीत बातमी हवी…”
“म्हणून काय आपण सामाजिक भान ठेवायचं नाही??”
“तुम्हाला आता एक शेवटची संधी देतो… या बातम्या आणणं तुम्हाला जमणार नाही असं दिसतं… तुम्हाला आता दुसरं काम…”
“चालेल सर….सांगा काय काम आहे…”

सगळी माणसं आपापल्या बायकांना एकमेकांसोबत सोडून फोटो साठी निघून जातात….सर्व मोठमोठ्या बिल्डर्स च्या बायका आता एका ठिकाणी जमतात, त्यांच्या गप्पा सुरु होतात..
“काय बाई आजकाल चांगली कैरीच मिळत नाही, पूर्वी कशी लोणचं करायचो आता मेलं चवच बसत नाही….तुमचं वाळवण झालं का हो? यावेळी ना माझा पापडखार कमी पडला….घोळच झाला बघा…”
ती एक स्त्री खुप बडबड करत होती, त्या घोळक्यात एक मॉडर्न स्त्री एका बाजूला एकटी उभी होती..
“यांच्या काय बायकी गप्पा चालल्या आहेत” म्हणून ती मुद्दाम बाजूला उभी होती…
