“बाई गं, आत्ताच लग्न करून आले, लगेच कामाला जुंपलं बाईने..”

सासू सासरे अन नवरा चांगला म्हणून निभावून गेलं,

स्वभावच असा आहे, आपणच समजून घ्यायचं,

त्यांच्या सासुबाई मुळात प्रेमळ,

मात्र सुमतीबाईंच्या नवऱ्याला एकच टेन्शन,

आम्ही समजून घेतलं,

नवीन येणारी सून कसं सहन करेन?

पण सगळं उलटं झालेलं,

सुमतीबाई सुनेबद्दल चकार शब्द काढत नसत,

बोलल्या तर तिचं कौतुकच करत…
