व्यवसाय या पुरुषी मक्तेदारी असलेल्या पेशा चं मला कायम कुतूहल असायचं, आणि जे काम “बायकांना जमणार नाही” अश्या ठिकाणी मुद्दामहून मी हात घालत असे. त्यामुळेच कॉलेज सोडल्यानंतर मी अनेक अश्या व्यवसायांची माहिती घेतली, काही व्यवसाय हे घरातलेच असल्याने जवळून पाहीले, आणि एक गोष्ट लक्षात आली, की स्त्री मधले जे जन्मतः गुण असतात ते जर या व्यवसायात गुंतवले गेले तर खूप काहीतरी घडू शकेल.

“मला काहीतरी करायचं आहे, काहीतरी बनायचं आहे…काय करू तुम्ही सांगा…” असं म्हणत खूप जणी माझ्याकडे येतात, पण मला वाटतं इथेच त्यांची चूक होते. आपल्याला काय करायचं आहे हे दुसरा कुणी आपल्याला सांगू शकत नाही, ती आतून निर्माण होणारी एक चमक असते. ती एक स्वयंस्फूर्ती असते. आधी आपण स्वतःला ओळखलं पाहिजे, आपण स्वतःला कुठल्या दृष्टिकोणाने बघतो?
