 खाली मान घालुन लायब्ररीत जायची, अभ्यास करायची..

एकजण म्हणाला,

“आर्यन…अरे आयटम गर्ल ला कुणीही पटवतं… या पोरीला पटवून दाखवलंस तर मानू तुला..”

“कोण ही? बेहेनजी…सॉरी ब्रो…”

लायब्ररीत जाऊन तिच्यासमोर बसे,

असा मुलगा आपल्या मागे का लागतोय तिला प्रश्न पडे, पण ती दुर्लक्ष करे..

दुर्लक्ष केलं तरी शेवटी मानवी मन..

त्याला आपल्यावर प्रेम तर जडलं नसेल ना? मी मॉडर्न नसले तरी माझ्या साधेपणावर, हुषारीवर एखादा प्रेम करू शकतो ना?

दुसऱ्या क्षणी मनाला आवर घाली..

एक मुलींचा घोळका तिच्याजवळ आला,

म्हणत होत्या,

आर्यनच्या एका कटाक्षासाठी आम्ही झुरतो,

अन तो तुझ्यासाठी..

लकी गर्ल…

हळूहळू कॉलेजमध्ये पसरलं,

आर्यन आणि ती..

नावं जोडली गेली,

तिचा काहीही संबंध नसतांना..

तिने अजून दुर्लक्ष केलं..

किंग ऑफ द इअर ची स्पर्धा जवळ येऊ लागली,
