तिकडे आईने वडिलांची नीट काळजी घेतली, तिचा भाऊ घरी येताच तिने तिथून निघण्याचा निर्णय घेतला..

“अरे दादा उद्या दिवेश पहाटे पहाटे जाणार आहे स्पर्धेला.. जमलं तर दुपारच्या वेळी मीही जाईन म्हणते match पाहायला, म्हणून यावेळी जरा घाई करते..”

सासू अन नवरा, दोघेही नजर चोरत होते,

तिला काय सांगायचं या विचाराने जरासे घाबरले होते,

तिचा संताप झाला,

कशामुळे हे झालं असेल याची कल्पना तिला आली,

तिनेही चांगलंच सुनावलं दोघांना..

दोघांनाही ऐकून घेणं भाग होतं..

“माझं ऐकलं असतं तर आज लेकरू स्पर्धेत जाऊन जिंकून आलं असतं..”

ती राग राग करत होती,

सासुबाई नजर चोरत निघून गेल्या,

आई आपल्याला एकटं पाडून निघून गेली म्हणून नवरा अजूनच घाबरला..

तिने त्याच्याकडे एक कटाक्ष टाकला आणि म्हणाली,

“आला मोठा डॉक्टर”
