खरंच..!! घरात कुणाचा फोन खराब झाला, कुणाला extra इंटरनेट हवं असेल तर हक्काचा एक मोबाईल म्हणजे आईचा मोबाईल.. मुलं कमावते झालेले असतात, घरात फार वर्षांनी पैसे हाताशी आलेले असतात, त्यात कुणीतरी प्रेमाने एखादा दहा हजारच्या आतला स्मार्टफोन गिफ्ट केलेला असतो आणि टिपिकल असलेली आई टेक्नॉलॉजीच्या जगात रममाण होऊ लागते. एरवी मुलांना त्या मोबाईल वरून बोलणारी आई आता तासनतास मोबाईल वर फेसबुक, whastapp सराईतपणे हाताळू लागते. मैत्रिणींची मुलं, त्यांची कुटुंब, त्यांचे कौटुंबिक कार्यक्रम या सगळ्याचा आढावा त्यांच्या फेसबुक प्रोफाइल वरून घेत असते. मधेच एखाद्या जुन्या मैत्रिणीला कसं शोधायचं यासाठी मुलांमागे तगादा लावते, मग एका नावाच्या अनेक प्रोफाइल असतानाही मैत्रिणीचं प्रोफाइल पीक ओळखून रिक्वेस्ट पाठवते, तिने accept केली का हे पाहायला वारंवार फेसबुक चेक करते. आधी फोटो काढायला नाक मुरडणारी आई आता सतत कुठले ना कुठले फोटो काढू लागते आणि whatsapp वर स्टोरी टाकू लागते, तो फोटो किती लोकांनी बघितला हे बघायला सतत ऑनलाइन राहत असते. नवीन जुन्या सर्व ओळखींना whatsap वर शोधून काढते..हळूहळू youtube शिकू लागते आणि नवनवीन रेसिपी पुन्हा आपल्या ताटात पडू लागतात..
पण मग अचानक आवाज आला की..
“आई मला तुझा फोन दे, लागतोय..” म्हटल्यावर तिला एकच कळ उठते..कारण “मला लागतोय” म्हटल्यावर मुलं प्रश्नार्थक नजरेने तिच्याकडे बघणार आणि “तुला कशाला लागतोय?” म्हटल्यावर ती निरुत्तर होणार.. खरंच, आईला कशाला लागतो मोबाईल?
तिला हवा असतो मोबाईल, कारण तरुणपणात आई वडील सासू सासरे आणि नवरा यांच्या धाकात गेलेलं तारुण्य आज पुन्हा तिला जगायचं असतं..तिला मोबाईल हवा असतो कारण चार भिंतीत असणाऱ्या तिला चार भिंतींबाहेरील जग अनुभवायचं असतं…ज्या मोबाईलपायी मुलं वेडी झालेली असतात ते वेड तिलाही अनुभवायचं असतं.. तिच्या जवळच्या माणसांना तिला virtually भेटून यायचं असतं.. तिला हवा असतो मोबाईल, चार चौकटीबाहेर किती मोठं जग असतं हे तिला जाणून घ्यायचं असतं..तिच्या बरोबर ची माणसं.. कोण किती पुढे गेली..कोण तिथेच राहिली हा प्रवास जाणून घ्यायचा असतो…आणि सरतेशेवटी, आपणही काळासोबत चालतोय याचं समाधान मिळवायचं असतं..
आता कळलं का? आईला का हवा असतो मोबाईल?
