©️®️शिल्पा सुतारअण्णा एक प्रसिद्ध शेतकरी होते. त्यांची गावात भरपूर जमीन होती. अतिशय हुशार. शेतीत नेहमी वेगवेगळे प्रयोग करून त्यांनी उत्पन्न वाढवल होत. मोठ्या लोकांसोबत त्यांच उठण बसण होत. स्वभावाने उत्साही. गरजूं लोकांना नेहमी मदत करायचे.भल्या मोठ्या ऐसपैस वाड्यात ते आणि मालती ताई रहात होते. त्या घराची किंमत इतकी होती नुसत घर विकल तरी बरीच वर्ष आरामात काम न करता राहू शकत होते. घरी, शेतावर ही खूप लोक कामाला होते.
अजूनही सगळा हिशोब अण्णा स्वतः बघत होते. त्यांना दोन मुल एक मुलगी होती. तिघांचे लग्न झाले होते. ते शहरात शिफ्ट झाले होते. शेतीत त्यांना इंट्रेस्ट नव्हता.
ठीक आहे नाही इंट्रेस्ट तर काही हरकत नाही. अण्णांना काही फरक पडत नव्हता. मुल खावून पिऊन सुखी आहेत अजून काय हवं.अण्णा सकाळी फिरून आले. आज त्यांच्यात खूप उत्साह संचारला होता. “मालती कुठे आहेस? अग ऐकतेस का? मी अंघोळीला जातो आहे. पटकन टॉवेल दे. मला स्टँड वर जायच आहे. “ते मोठ्याने हाका मारत होते.” अहो धावपळ कमी करा. तुम्हाला काय घाई असते काय माहिती. आणि काही गरजच नाही स्टँड वर जायची. मुल स्वतः च्या गाड्यांनी येतात. आपला नुसता हेलपाटा होतो.” मालती ताई टॉवेल घेवून आल्या.” हो बरोबर आहे, पण तिथून हायवे वरच्या गाड्या येतांना दिसतात ना. “”काही जायच नाही. आटपा आता. काहीतरीच आपल. वय तरी बघा.” त्या म्हणाल्या.” तुझ म्हणण आहे की मी म्हातारा झालो आहे. “” नाही हो. ” मालती ताई हसत होत्या. अण्णा आंघोळीला गेले. त्यांनी लगेच देवपूजा करून घेतली.मालती ताई चहा पोहे घेवून आल्या. “अहो आता जरा धावपळ कमी करत जा. “” अग मुलाबरोबर खाल्ले असते ना पोहे, आता नको. “” हे चालणार नाही तुमचे औषध असत. आधी खावून गोळी घ्या. मीना चहा आण ग. ” ती मदतनीस होती.गावात सगळ्यात जास्त अण्णांची जमीन होती. पण एवढ्यात जवळ जवळ पंचवीस टक्के जमीन त्यांनी विकली होती. मुल सारख काही ना काही मागत होते. त्यांच्या कडून पैसे काढत होते. मला घर घ्यायला मदत करा. इकडे एक प्लॉट चांगला आहे भविष्यात भाव वाढेल. एक ना दोन. लाखो रुपये असेच जात होते.
मुलांच्या सांगण्यावरून अण्णा त्यांना पैसा पुरवत होते. तरी शाळे मागे. डोंगर उतारावर दोन प्लॉट आहेत ही माहिती त्यांनी मुलांपासून लपवून ठेवली होती .कष्टाने कमावलेली बरीच प्रॉपर्टी होती. ती अशीच जावू नये अस मालती ताईंना वाटायच. पूर्वी अण्णा दिवसभर कामात असायचे. तेव्हा कुठे इतकी प्रॉपर्टी उभी राहिली. अण्णा भोळे होते त्यांना लवकर समजायचं नाही. मुल आले की ते त्यांच्या प्रेमात सारासार विचार करायचे नाहीत.मुलांची वाट बघत अण्णा पुढे झोपाळ्यावर बसले होते. कारण ही त्याला खास होत. आज अण्णांचा सत्तरावा वाढदिवस होता. सकाळपासून तयारी सुरू होती. मोठा कार्यक्रम होता घरी. मुलांसोबत त्यांची लाडकी मुलगी येणार होती. अण्णा खूप खुश होते. किचन मधे गोड जेवण तयार होत होतं. स्वतः मालती ताई लक्ष देवून होत्या.बाहेर गाडी थांबली. मुल आत आले. अण्णांना येवून भेटले. त्यांनी अण्णां साठी गिफ्ट आणले होते.अण्णा खूप खुश होते. जेवण झाल. मुल शेतावर फिरून आले. संध्याकाळी वाढदिवसाचा मोठा कार्यक्रम होता. खूप लोक भेटायला आले होते. मालती ताईंनी औक्षण केल. अण्णांनी केक कापला.मोठा मुलगा उठला. त्याने अण्णांना गिफ्ट दिल. तो भाषण करायला उभा राहिला.अण्णांच पूर्ण जिवन आमच्या साठी मार्गदर्शन आहे. अतिशय हुशार अण्णा दानशूर आहेत. शेतीत त्यांनी वेगवेगळे प्रयोग केले, त्यामुळे त्यांना पुरस्कार ही मिळाला. मला त्यांचा खूप अभिमान आहे. अण्णा मला कधी तुमच्या सारख बनता येईल. तो खूप बोलत होता.अण्णांच्या डोळ्यात पाणी होतं.
©️®️शिल्पा सुतारदोन नंबरचा मुलगा उठला. तो ही छान बोलला. “अण्णा पुरे झाल आता काम. थोडा आराम करा. आम्ही आहोत आता आमच्यावर सोडा सगळं.”मुलगी जावई भाषण करायला पुढे आले. “अण्णा आजच्या दिवशी तुम्हाला निरोगी दिर्घ आयुष्य मिळो हीच देवाकडे प्रार्थना. आणि तुम्ही आमच्या कडे रहायला चला मी करेन तुमचं.”
एक ना अनेक अतिशय प्रेमळ शब्दात कौतुक सुरू होत. अण्णा मालती ताई भारावून गेले होते. बाकीच्यांनी त्यांच औक्षण केल. जेवणाचा छान कार्यक्रम झाला.
रात्री अण्णा कपडे बदलून झोपायच्या तयारीत होते. मालती ताई जवळ येवून बसल्या.” आवरले का काम. थोड सुनांवर ही सोपवा आता.” अण्णा म्हणाले.” अहो त्या जरा अलिप्त रहातात. मोकळ वागत बोलत नाही.”” थोड दुर्लक्ष करायच.”मालती ताई विचारात होत्या.” काय झालं मालती?”” अहो आता हॉल मध्ये मुल काहीतरी कुजबूज करत होते. वाटणी की काही तरी बोलत होते. त्यांना पैसे लागता आहेत वाटत. दर वेळी प्रमाणे त्यांच ऐकुन जमीन विकु नका. आपल्या मदतीला कोणी येत नाही. एवढा खर्च करू नका. आपल्या शेवटच्या दिवसांसाठी थोडे पैसे राहू द्या. ” त्या सहज म्हणाल्या.अण्णांना त्यांच्या बोलण्याचा राग आला. त्यांचा मुलांवर विश्वास होता. ” मालती तू तुझे विचार बदल. किती हा अप्पलपोटेपणा. जे आहे ते मुलांच आहे. आज घेतल काय उद्या घेतल काय. मुलांसाठी आपण आहोत ना. मी सगळ मुलांच्या नावावर करून आरामात राहणार आहे. आपल्याला काही लागलं तर मूल आहेतच की. माझा माझ्या मुलांवर खूप विश्वास आहे. तू काळजी करू नकोस. नुसत्या वाढदिवसा साठी एवढ्या लांब आले मुल. आणि माझ्यात अजून इतकी धमक आहे चार पिढ्या पोसू शकतो. “
“नाही हो तुम्हाला अजूनही माझं म्हणणं पटत नाही. मुलांना गरज नाही आपल्या पैशाची. त्यांना भरपूर पगार आहे. फक्त थोड थोड ते तुमच्या कडून काढून घेत आहेत. तुमच्या हातात सगळी इस्टेट आहे. शेती आहे म्हणून सगळे आपल्याला मान देतात. सुट्टी लागली की वाढदिवसाला वगैरे गावी येतात. मोठे मोठे गिफ्ट घेवून जातात. लाखो रुपये मिळणारी बँक आहे इथे. उद्या तुम्ही सांगा बरं की माझ्या जवळ काहीही नाहीये. मी कर्जात बुडालो आहे. सगळे निघून जातील. आपल्यालाच आपलं बघण आहे. म्हणून म्हणते मी की जरा जपून खर्च करा. दोघी सूनबाई तश्याच. त्यांना आपण आवडत नाही.” मालती ताई सत्य सांगत होत्या.”बर आपण बघु तर तुझ म्हणण खरं आहे का ते. तू म्हणते तस झाल नाही तर या पुढे मला काहीही सल्ले द्यायचे नाही. आणि घरात जरा शांत रहात जा. “अण्णा चिडले होते.”ठीक आहे, पण मी म्हणते तस झाल तर ?” मालती ताईंना विश्वास होता. त्या बघत होत्या रागरंग.”मग तुझ्या कडे सगळा कारभार. तू म्हणशील ते करेन मी. आयुष्यभर एका शब्दाने काही बोलणार नाही.” अण्णा म्हणाले.दुसर्‍यादिवशी सकाळी सगळे नाश्त्याला एकत्र बसले होते. अण्णांनी बोलायला सुरुवात केली.” बर झाल तुम्ही मूल एकत्र आले. मला एक महत्त्वाची गोष्ट सांगायची आहे.””काय झालं अण्णा?” सगळे खुश होते. बहुतेक अण्णा आपल्याला एक एक प्लॉट देतील. ते ऐकत होते.”माझ्यावर खूप कर्ज आहे शेतीचं. आजकाल तुम्हाला माहिती आहे केव्हा ही पाऊस पडतो. निसर्गा पुढे हे पीक किती टिकाव धरतील. खूप नुकसान होत आहे. शेतीत विशेष उत्पन्न नाही. हा वाडा ही गहाण टाकला आहे. बँकेतले लोक सारखा फोन करत आहेत. पैशासाठी तगादा लावला आहे. जप्ती येईल. मला काही सुचत नाही. तर तुम्ही तिघे मिळुन मला मदत करा. हे कर्ज फेडा. शेवटी किती केल तरी हे वडिलोपार्जित घर हातच जायला नको. ” अण्णा म्हणाले.मुल आश्चर्य चकित झाली. त्यांच्या बायका एकमेकींकडे बघत होत्या. मुलगी नवर्‍या कडे बघत होती. त्यांच्या चेहर्‍यावर बारा वाजलेले होते. त्यांची कुजबुज सुरू होती. मालती ताई सगळं बघत होत्या.
आयत्या बिळात नागोबा भाग 3©️®️शिल्पा सुतारमुलगी तिचा नवरा जागेवरून उठले.” चल निघू.” तिने नवर्‍याला आवाज दिला”कुठे चालली बेटा?”” आम्ही निघणार होतो. मुलांचा फोन येतो आहे.”” थांब थोड बोलायच आहे जमलं तर आम्ही येतो तुझ्या सोबत तू आम्हाला सांभाळणार आहेस ना? “अण्णा म्हणाले.” अण्णा आमचा काय संबंध? तुम्ही नंतर या.”” ठीक आहे मग थोडी पैशाची मदत कर.” अण्णा म्हणाले.”हे दोघ भाऊ बघतील काय ते. ते देतील पैसे.” ती बोलली.दोघे भाऊ चिडले.” अरे वाह. अस कस ताई? तुला काय फक्त घेण माहिती आहे का. घ्यायला येते तस ही पण मदत कर की. “
” मला जमणार नाही.” ती नवर्‍या सोबत आत गेली. सामान घेवून आली.
“आई आम्ही निघतो. झाला अण्णांचा वाढदिवस. उद्या यांना ऑफिस आहे मुलांच्या शाळा आहेत. “ठीक आहे.ती गेली.मालती ताई अण्णांकडे बघत होत्या. त्यांचा चेहरा उतरलेला होता त्यांना ही अपेक्षा नव्हती.दोघं मुलांच्या बायका बाजूला उभ राहून कुजबुज करत होत्या. “अहो इकडे या. “ते चौघे काहीतरी बोलत होते. अण्णा, मालती ताई बाजूला बसलेले होते.” मुलांनो या असे समोर मोकळ बोला.” अण्णांनी आवाज दिला.” अण्णा असं कसं कर्ज करून ठेवल तुम्ही एवढं? तुम्हाला समजत नाही का? विचार करून पैसा वापरायचा असतो.” मोठा मुलगा म्हणाला.
” शेतीत फायदा होत नाही. लक्ष्यात आल तेव्हा का नाही निर्णय घेतला. विकली असती शेती. आता कितीत पडेल ते? ” दुसरा मुलगा म्हणाला.” आम्ही आता आमचा संसार बघायचा की तुमच्या कर्जाच? आमचे मुल मोठे होत आहेत त्यांच्या कॉलेजच्या फी बघून डोळे पांढरे होतात.””हो ना शिवाय फ्लॅट घेतला ते कर्ज आहे. “” माझ ही कार लोन.”एक एक गोष्ट त्यांना आठवत होती.” म्हणजे यांनी कर्ज करून ठेवायच आम्ही भरायच का? हे जमणार नाही अण्णा. ” मोठा मुलगा म्हणाला.”माई तू का बोलली नाही अण्णांना? वेळेवर दाबायच होत. त्यांना उगीच मोठायका करायची सवय आहे. ” लहान मुलगा म्हणाला.
“अण्णा कोणाच ऐकत नाहीत. त्यांना सारासार विचार करायची क्षमताच नाही.”दोघ दुषण लावत होते. स्वतःचा खर्च जबाबदाऱ्या सांगत होते. अण्णांना काहीही बोलत होते.” आम्हाला काही सांगू नका. तुम्ही कर्ज केल तुम्ही निस्तरा.”इतके दिवस हेच वडील त्यांना आदर्श हुशार वाटत होते. ते वंदनीय होते पूजनीय होते, आज लगेच मूर्ख वाटत होते. अण्णा तुम्ही केल तस आम्हाला ही जमणार नाही असे उदाहरण द्यायचे तेच अगदी अर्धा तासात मुलांना नको झाले होते.”अरे पण मी तुम्हाला वेळोवेळी मदत केली. मागतल तेव्हा लाखो रुपये काढून दिले ते विसरले का तुम्ही?” अण्णा म्हणाले.” मग काय झाल? कर्तव्य आहे ते तुमच. काय विशेष केल. सगळे आई बाबा मुलांसाठी करतात.” मोठा मुलगा मोठ्याने म्हणाला.”इथे थांबण्यात काही अर्थ नाही दादा चल. ” दोघे भाऊ आत तयारी साठी गेले. ते सामान घेवून बाहेर आहे.
“अस करु नका मुलांनो. आम्हाला एकट पाडू नका मी, तुमची आई कोठे राहणार? पैसे भरले नाही तर बँक वाले या घराला टाळ लावतील. निदान पाच पाच लाख रुपये तरी द्या. आमची जबाबदारी कोण घेणार?” अण्णा म्हणाले.”बापरे पाच लाख. अहो चला निघू या .” मोठी सून बोलली.”हो ना. अहो काही कबूल करू नका मी आधीच सांगून ठेवते. कोण निस्तरेल हे कर्ज. ” छोटी सून म्हणाली.” एक काम करा अण्णा. घर, शेती विका त्यातून कर्ज फेडा आमच्या सोबत या. “” शेती ही अशी विशेष नाही. ” अण्णा म्हणाले.” कुठे गेली?””तुम्हाला तर विकून विकून पैसे दिले ना. “या अण्णांनी गोंधळ घातला आहे.”दादा, आईला मी नेतो. अण्णांना तु तुझ्या सोबत ने .””हो हे बर राहील. काय करणार आता.””या वयात आमची अशी ताटातुट करू नका. दोघ एका जागी राहू.” अण्णा म्हणाले.”ते जमणार नाही. आम्हाला परवडत नाही.” मुल अगदी प्रक्टीकल होते.
“असा किती खर्च आहे आमचा? काय अस करताय? मागच्या वेळी दोघांना दहा लाख रुपये दिले होते ते द्या. आम्ही दोघ इथेच रहातो . ” अण्णांनी बोलून बघितल.” मी घराच अ‍ॅडव्हान्स भरला. “” मी इन्व्हेस्ट केले आता नाहीत. “” अण्णा आता हा वाडा विका. त्यात जेवढ होईल तेवढ कर्ज फेडा. नाही तर आईचे दागिने आहेत. शेती आहे.” छोटा मुलगा म्हणाला.
©️®️शिल्पा सुतार” मी दागिने देणार नाही. ” मालती ताई म्हणाल्या.” या वयात काय करणार आई तू दागिन्यांच. “” हो ना दागिने विकून पैसे येतील. तुमच कर्ज काय आम्ही फेडायच का?” दोघ मुल ओरडत होते.”काय हरकत आहे .आम्ही नाही तुम्हाला अडीअडचणीला पैसे देत. ” मालती ताई म्हणाल्या.”जमणार नाही .”त्यांनी निघायची जायची तयारी केली. बॅग कार मधे ठेवल्या. त्यांच्या बायका बडबड करत होत्या.” तरी मी तुला म्हणत होते दर सुट्टीत इथे का यायच? काय आहे या गावात?” मोठी सून म्हणाली.” हो ना हे ऐकत नाही ग त्यांना त्याचे आई बाबा अति प्रिय आता बघितल का बडा घर पोकळ वासा. ” छोटी ने ही चान्स सोडला नाही.अण्णांचे डोळे उघडले होते. गाड्या गेल्यावर ते हताश पणे आत आले. मालती ताईंजवळ बसले.”आज पासून आपण दोघ एकमेकांसाठी. हे घे. “त्यांनी तिजोरीच्या चाव्या आणि कपाटाच्या चाव्या त्यांच्या कडे दिल्या.” यात आपले सगळे प्रॉपर्टीचे पेपर आहेत. कॅश सोन आहे. माझ्या पेक्षा तू हुशार आहेस. मी हरलो. तु सांभाळ हे. आज पासून तू म्हणशील ते होईल. मी कशाला हात लावणार नाही. मला दोन वेळ जेवायला दे फक्त. “” अहो नको मला हे. राहू द्या तुमच्याकडे.” मालती ताई रडत होत्या. काय झालं हे? मी उगीच तुमच्याशी बोलले या विषयावर.” तू बरोबर केलेस. वेळे आधी आपले डोळे उघडले. “त्यांच्या कडे शेतीच काम करणारा शिवा समोर उभा होता. तो अण्णां जवळ बसला. अण्णा मी ऐकल सगळं. तुमच्यावर कर्ज आहे. तुम्ही काळजी करू नका. मी आहे. माझ्याकडे थोडे पैसे आहेत. म्हणजे लहान तोंडी मोठा घास घेतो. पण काळजी करू नका. आमच चटणी भाकरीच घर. तुम्हाला सोडून एक घास खाणार नाही. तुमच कर्ज पण फेडू आपण हळू हळू. या वर्षी शेतीच उत्पन्न भरपूर येईल. माझे पैसे देवू नका तुम्ही. मी करतो बरोबर. पुढच्या तीन चार वर्षात आलटुन पालटून पीक घेवू. अर्धा भागात एक्सपोर्टच्या भाज्या लावू. माझा अभ्यास आहे अस कर्ज संपेल. टेंशन घ्यायच नाही खावून पिऊन नीट रहायच. ” तो खूप बोलत होता.अण्णा, मालती ताई एकमेकांना कडे बघत होते. याचा आपला काही संबध नाही. कोण कुठला अनाथ मुलगा किती आधार देत होता. प्रेमाने बोलत होता ,आमची जबाबदारी घेत होता. प्रेमाने आमच करायला म्हणतो आणि आमचे स्वतः चे मुल आम्हाला सोडून गेले. त्यांना पैसा हवा आई बाबा नको. एकदा म्हटले असते आम्ही आहोत आपण करू ठीक तर काय झालं असत? स्वार्थी नुसते. या पुढे मी त्यांना दारात उभ करणार नाही.
आता अण्णा शिवा सोबत खूश होते. रोज शेतात जात होते. त्याच्या कडून आयडिया शिकत होते. त्यांनी शिवा साठी शेतात पक्क घर बांधल. त्याच्या मुलाला शाळेत टाकल. त्याची बायको या दोघांच खूप करत होती.आज शिवाचा वाढदिवस होता. अण्णा मालती ताई दुपारी त्याच्या घरी गेले.”या ना.” तो जेवायला बसणार होता. “मीना अजून दोन ताट कर. “हो.सगळे बरोबर जेवायला बसले. हे घे” काय आहे?””तुझ्या मेहनतीच फळ.”त्याने पेपर उघडले. शेतीचा एक तुकडा घर शिवाच्या नावावर केला होत. त्याने ते घ्यायला नकार दिला.”तुला हो नाही म्हणायचा हक्क नाही. घे म्हटलं तर घ्यायच.” अण्णा म्हणाले.
” अण्णा नका अस करु. मला काही नको. मी प्रेमाने तुमच करत होतो.””माहिती आहे आम्हाला.”दोघ मुलांना ते समजल. शिवाला जमीन दिली. ते भांडायला आले.”तुमचा काही संबंध नाही आता माझ्याशी. माझी प्रॉपर्टी मी काहीही करेन. ” अण्णा म्हणाले.” आम्ही तुम्हाला कोर्टात खेचू. “” खेच करोडोचा आसामी आहे तुमचा बाप, पुरून उरेल. “”म्हणजे तुम्ही कर्ज आहे अस खोट सांगितल.” मोठा मुलगा म्हणाला.”हो आणि ज्या पद्धतीने तुम्ही वागले माझ्या डोळ्या वरची पट्टी निघाली. हळू हळू मी माझी प्रॉपर्टी गरजू लोकांसाठी वापरणार आहे. इथे वृद्धाश्रम उभारणार आहे. तुमच झाल असेल तर निघा. “” आई कुठे आहे घरी जावून येतो. “” काही गरज नाही. ती घरी नाही सहलीला गेली आहे.”” तुम्ही येता का घरी? “” नाही आज मी शिवाकडे रहाणार आहे. “मुल परत गेले. शिवा अण्णांना जेवायला बोलवत होता.” आलो बेटा.” अण्णा समाधानाने शिवाच्या घराकडे निघाले.
