देवी रक्षति रक्षितः.. भाग १०मागील भागात आपण पाहिले की रूद्र शांभवीला शक्तीपीठांपासून लांब रहायला सांगतो. आता बघू पुढे काय होते ते.”बाबा, मला तुमच्याशी थोडं बोलायचं आहे.” रात्री जेवणं झाल्यावर शांभवी म्हणाली.”बोल ना.. तुला कधीपासून परवानगीची गरज लागायला लागली?” बाबा हसत म्हणाले.”बाबा शक्तीपीठांबद्दल तुम्हाला काही माहिती आहे का?” शांभवीने विचारले.”शांभवी, काल सांगितले ना तुला.. या घरात देवीचा विषय नको म्हणून.” बाबा चिडले होते.”बाबा, तुम्ही नाही म्हणत आहात.. पण गेले काही दिवस हाच विषय सतत समोर येतो आहे. मला सतत काहीतरी शोधायचं आहे, असं वाटतं आहे.. पण काय ते समजत नाहीये. बाबा, मी आजपर्यंत तुमच्याकडे काहीच मागितलेलं नाहीये.. प्लीज एकदा.. फक्त एकदा याची माहिती द्या ना..” शांभवीचे बोलणे पार्थ आणि शोभाताई पण ऐकत होत्या. पार्थच्या चेहर्‍यावर उत्सुकता तर शोभाताईंच्या चेहर्‍यावर दडपण दिसत होते.”काय माहिती हवी आहे? विचार..” बाबा म्हणाले. “त्याआधी पार्थ दरवाजे खिडक्या लावून घे.” पार्थने लगेच सगळं बंद करून घेतले.”शांभवी.. बोल पटकन.””बाबा, ही जी काही शक्तीपीठे आहेत ती खरंच ऊर्जेची केंद्र आहेत का?””हो..” बाबांचा आवाज थरथरत होता.”मग खरंच असं काही आहे का, की तिथून ही ऊर्जा कोणी मिळवू शकेल असं?” शांभवीने हे विचारताच बाबांच्या चेहर्‍यावरचा रंग उडाला.”तुला कोणी सांगितले?””बाबा, तो कपिल मला भेटला होता. तो सांगत होता की कोणतातरी पंथ आहे..””शाक्तपंथीय..” बाबा म्हणाले.”हो.. तो सांगत होता की काही लोक ती शक्ती मिळवण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहेत. मी म्हणाले की तू पोलिसांकडे जा किंवा एखाद्या मठाधिपतीकडे.. पण तो म्हणतो त्याचा त्यांच्यावर विश्वास नाही. आणि त्यातूनही मी त्याची मदत करू शकते असे त्याचे मत आहे.” शांभवी बोलत होती. तिने समोर बघितले तर आईबाबांना धक्का बसला होता.”तू या विषयावर अजून कोणाशी बोललीस?” बाबांनी विचारले.”तुम्ही घाबराल म्हणून मी फक्त आमच्या सरांना विचारले होते..” शांभवीने मान खाली घातली.”काय म्हणाले ते?””ते म्हणाले की शक्तीपीठांपासून लांबच रहा.””शोभा.. बॅग भरायला घे.. बहुतेक ही जागा आपल्याला सोडायला लागणार आहे.” बाबा गंभीरपणे म्हणाले.”काय??? माझं कॉलेज?” पार्थ ओरडला.”आपला जीव महत्वाचा की शिक्षण? शोभा मी उद्या जाऊन फक्त गाडी बुक करून येतो.. आपण लगेचच हे शहर सोडणार आहोत. फक्त महत्त्वाच्या गोष्टी घे. बाकीचे सामान तसेच राहू देत.””बाबा, मी काही चूक केली आहे का?” बाबांचे वागणे बघून शांभवी घाबरली होती.”हो.. खूप मोठी चूक केली आहेस तू. मी तुला यापासून दूर ठेवण्याचा फार प्रयत्न केला.. पण नाही.. बहुतेक ती लोकं आपल्या मागे आलीच. आता कसंही करून इथून गायब होणेच योग्य.” बाबा ठामपणे म्हणाले.”बाबा, मला माफ करा ना.. मी नव्हतं बोलायला पाहिजे कोणाशीच..” शांभवी रडवेली होत म्हणाली. सुधाकरराव शांभवीकडे वळले. त्यांनी तिच्या डोक्यावरून हात फिरवला.”असं म्हणतात की काही गोष्टी घडणारच असतात.. आपण कितीही प्रयत्न केला तरीही. ही गोष्ट पण बहुतेक त्यातलीच एक आहे. बघू आपण आपले प्रयत्न सोडायचे नाहीत. शोभा, सगळे दागिने घ्यायचे विसरू नकोस ?””अहो आपण सगळे दागिने लॉकरमध्ये ठेवले होते ना?””पण तडकाफडकी जायचे असेल तर दागिने कशाला? कार्डावरून पैसे काढता येतील ना?” पार्थने विचारले.”मग त्यासोबत आपलं लोकेशनही समजणार.. शोभा, आपण उद्या सकाळी लवकर बाहेर पडू. दागिनेही काढू आणि पैसेही. तू गरजेपुरते सामान तेवढे बांधायला लाग. आणि हो.. कोणालाही आपण इथून निघतो आहोत हे सांगायचे नाही. समजले?” बाबा म्हणाले. पार्थ आणि शांभवीने मान हलवली. दोघेही आपापल्या खोलीत आपले सामान भरायला गेले. शोभाताई आणि सुधाकरराव देवघरात गेले. तिथून त्यांनी एक छोटी पेटी काढली. ती पेटी घेऊन ते बाहेर आले.”शांभवी, पार्थ..” त्यांनी हाक मारली.”हो बाबा..” दोघेही बाहेर आले.सुधाकररावांनी ती पेटी शांभवीच्या हातात दिली.”हिला जीवापलीकडे जप. अगदीच निर्वाणीची वेळ आली तर आणि तरच ही उघड. आणि पार्थ तुझ्यासाठी हे पाकीट. तू ही हे अगदी गरज लागली तरच उघडायचे.” सुधाकरराव मुलांना वस्तू देत म्हणाले.”पण बाबा, आज हे अचानक का देताय?” पार्थने विचारले.”कारण मागच्या वेळेस ही वेळ जेव्हा आली होती तेव्हा तुम्ही खूप लहान होता. तुमची काळजी घ्यायला आम्ही समर्थ होतो. पण आता तुम्ही मोठे झाला आहात म्हणून तुमच्याकडे एक जबाबदारी देतो आहोत. आणि अजून एक गोष्ट.. उद्या आमचं काही बरंवाईट झालं तरी तुम्ही बहिणभाऊ एकमेकांची साथ सोडू नका.” बाबांचं बोलणं ऐकून सगळ्यांच्याच डोळ्यातून पाणी आलं.”असं का बोलताय बाबा? आम्हाला तुम्ही दोघेही खूप हवे आहात.” शांभवी बाबांना बिलगत म्हणाली.”आपल्या सगळ्यांनाच एकमेकांसोबतच रहायचे आहे. पण वेळ कशी येईल ते कोणाला सांगता येत नाही म्हणून तुम्हाला हे देऊन ठेवलं आहे.” शोभाताई कधी नव्हे ते रडणार्‍या पार्थला थोपटत म्हणाल्या. पूर्ण रात्र अस्वस्थतेतच गेली. सकाळीच कपिलचा गुड मॉर्निंगचा मेसेज आला. तो बघून शांभवीला त्याचा खूप राग आला. तो आला आणि सगळंच बदलून गेलं. तिने रिप्लाय म्हणून त्याला हे काम जमणार नाही असे कळवले.’मी फोन करू का?’ त्याचा मेसेज आला.’सध्या कामात आहे. नको..’ शांभवीने मेसेज केला.’कारण समजेल?’ शांभवीला काय सांगू असा प्रश्न पडला. कदाचित आईबाबांचे नाव सांगितले तर त्याला संशय येणार नाही असे तिला वाटले.’आईबाबा नाही म्हणाले.’ तिने उत्तर दिले.’ओह्ह.. मला आवडलं असतं तुझ्यासोबत काम करायला.. जाऊ देत. आपण असंच भेटू परत.’ त्याचा परत मेसेज आला. शांभवीने फोन बाजूला ठेवला. आणि अगदी महत्वाच्या गोष्टी सॅकमध्ये भरल्या.”शांभवी, पार्थ.. आम्ही आलो जाऊन बँकेत.” शोभाताई म्हणाल्या. पार्थ येऊन शोभाताईंच्या गळ्यातच पडला.”आपण पैसे नंतर काढू ना..” त्याने सुचवले.”तू लहान आहेस.. पण एवढाही नाही. आपल्याला थोड्या जास्त पैशांची गरज आहे. आणि आज अचानक हे गळ्यात पडणं वगैरे??” शोभाताई हसत म्हणाल्या.”असंच..” पार्थने नकळत सुधाकररावांना पण मिठी मारली.”माझं भाजी भाकरीवर घेतलेलं बाळ समजदार झालं आहे बरं..” सुधाकरराव वातावरणातला ताण हलका करत म्हणाले. रोजच्यासारखं यावर भांडण्याऐवजी पार्थ रडू लागला.”बाबा, मला खूप भिती वाटते आहे.””कशाला घाबरायचे? आपल्यासाठी हवं ते करणारे खूपजण आहेत. पण आत्ता या क्षणाला इथून निघणं गरजेचं आहे. आपले हितचिंतक आपल्यापर्यंत पोहोचेपर्यंत आपल्याला पैशांची गरज लागेल. ती किती असेल हे माहित नाही. म्हणून आम्ही चाललो आहोत. असे गेलो आणि असे आलो. तोपर्यंत तू तुझ्या ताईला त्रास दे. चल शोभा..” सुधाकरराव निघाले. दोघांनी दरवाजातून मुलांना बाय केलं आणि दोघे घराबाहेर पडले. ते जाताच शांभवीने पार्थकडे बघितले.”पार्थ, चल ना पटकन. आपण एकदा देवघरात काय आहे ते बघूयात..” शांभवीने पार्थचा हात धरून जवळजवळ ओढतच आत नेले. आत जाऊन तिने देव्हार्याचा कप्पा उघडला. पार्थ मात्र इथे तिथे बघत होता. ते बघताना त्याला बँकेची चावी टेबलवरच दिसली.”ही आई ना जाम वेंधळी आहे..” पार्थ म्हणाला.”का रे असं म्हणतोस? काय झालं?” शांभवीला तिथे काहीतरी सापडले होते.”बँकेत गेले आहेत आणि चावी इथेच ठेवली आहे. बहुतेक देवाला नमस्कार करायला आली होती.” पार्थ म्हणाला.”आईला फोन करून सांग.. येतील पटकन घरी.” शांभवी मान वर न करता म्हणाली. पार्थने फोन लावला.”काय झालं पार्थ?? अहो.. अहो.. तो ट्रकवाला बघा कसा समोरून येतो आहे.” शोभाताई जोरात ओरडल्या.”आई काय झालं?” इथे पार्थ घाबरला. त्याचा आवाज ऐकून शांभवी उठून आली. तिने फोन स्पीकरवर टाकला.”अहो.. गाडी एका बाजूला घ्या ना..” शोभाताईंचा आवाज येत होता.”अगं इथे जागा तरी आहे का? हा वन वे मध्ये कसा आला? ते ही एवढा मोठा ट्रक घेऊन. मला काही खरं वाटत नाही..” बाबांचा आवाज ऐकून मुलं घाबरली.”आई बाबा.. नक्की काय झालं आहे??” शांभवी आणि पार्थ ओरडू लागले.”धडाम…” जोरात आवाज आला आणि फोन बंद पडला.आईबाबा वाचतील का या अपघातातून? काय करेल शांभवी पुढे? बघू पुढील भागात. तोपर्यंत हा भाग कसा वाटला ते नक्की सांगा.
