कार्यक्रमाच्या वेळी वहिनीने उपस्थिती लावली आणि तिच्या आजीची राख असल्याने तातडीने सर्वांना भेटून परतही गेली,

सगळे पाहुणे परतले, पण कार्यक्रम नीटसा न झाल्याची खंत आईला लागून होती,

पाहुणे चिडचिड करत होते, नातेवाईक पण अधूनमधून टोमणे मारतच होती,

संध्याकाळी सर्वजण घरी गेले, आई रडकुंडीला आली,

तेवढ्यात सुधीर ची बहीण जवळ आली आणि म्हणाली,

“आई काय झालं?”

“तुझ्या वहिनीला 2 दिवस आधी यायला काय झालेलं? पाहिलं ना किती धावपळ झाली माझी?”

“घ्या, म्हणजे आताही सगळं खापर वाहिनीवरच का..आई अगं किती दुटप्पी वागतेय तू?”

“मी आजी दुटप्पी?”

“नाहीतर काय, आम्हाला म्हणत होतीस वहिनीला नियोजन जमत नाही, वहिनीमुळे हे झालं वहिनीमुळे ते झालं..यावेळी ती नाही तर मी कसं नियोजन करते बघाच… असं म्हणाली ना? आता काय झालं? स्वतःवर पडलं तेव्हा समजलं ना? अगं सुशीला ताईच्या साखरपुड्यात वहिनीने सगळं एकटीने केलेलं, आणि सगळं अगदी वेळेवर, नियोजनबद्ध.. आजसारखा तेव्हा ना उशीर झालेला ना कुणाची चिडचिड.. त्यामागे वहिनीचं योग्य नियोजन होतं, वक्तशीरपणा होता…पण तुला तो दिसलाच नाही ना..तुला फक्त एखादी गोष्ट चुकली की फोड वहिनीवर खापर.. एवढंच जमायचं तुला..”

सुधीरची बहीण अगदी स्पष्टपणे बोलली, दारामागून सुधीर ऐकत होता आणि त्यालाही बहिणीने असं आईला सुनावलं तर बरं वाटलं,

आईने काहीही प्रतिउत्तर दिलं नाही पण सुधीरची बहीण जे बोलली त्याचा ती बराच वेळ विचार करत बसली…
